About Katie

Katie is very well known in the Southern Highlands for her extensive Property Management experience with over 15 years in the industry. In order to have a successful Property Management department, Katie believes that you need to have strong communication skills, the ability to problem solve and most importantly to build relationships with her clients. Katie strives to ensure that both her tenants and landlords receive the highest quality service and to adopt the same principles and values that First National Bowral has to offer.

I am incredibly grateful to Katie for her exceptional work in quickly finding ideal tenants for my house while it also remains on the market to sell. Great communication and service

I have had my property leased through First National Bowral for the past few years and have always found the communication and service to be top class. Katie Schoonbeek never fails to contact me immediately if there are any issues with my property and is always quick to respond to my email/phone communications. She always keeps me informed of new tenancy applications and works diligently to ensure my property is leased quickly when previous tenants vacate. I could not recommend Katie, and the team at First National Bowral, more highly.
