A seasoned professional with a very good communication style. I feel could be pushier on achieving a higher rent return for the landlord but otherwise could fault her and very happier with Marilyn's service.

We've been dealing with Belle Property since December 2024 as renters. Selina was our first point of contact for an initial viewing of a home when we were relocating from Sydney to the Southern Highlands. When we were viewing Selina was such a delight to deal with. We chatted and mentioned our 'must have' requirements, mostly around having a dog! Whilst the initial home didn't tick the required boxes, she remembered us and together we found our perfect home. Since then when she visits to conduct property inspections and it's always a welcome sight to see her. She is so professional, yet warm and friendly and she responds to any emails in a timely fashion. She is testament to how real estate agents should conduct themselves. Mark and I cannot recommend her enough and we hope she remains as our agent.....forever!
