The decision to sell our home was not an easy one, however, once we spoke with Reece and we all talked about our plans and our challenges and heard his thoughts we were totally committed to the journey. Reece and his team were very professional and they treated us with the greatest respect. They looked after our property and shared our journey from start to finish. Reece did everything he said he would and never lost his enthusiasm. He maintained regular contact with us and shared feedback from potential buyers after each open house, and gave regular updates on how the market was travelling. We had a some personal challenges that resulted in us having to put things on hold for a while and Reece respected that and worked with us to move through this period and progress things once we were able to get moving again. Our experience overall was very good and we have no hesitation in recommending Reece as an agent if you are planning on selling -or buying for that matter.

Reece came highly recommended to us, despite not having the same experience, reputation or luxury listings of other better known and more "prestigious" agents in the Highlands. We felt he had a hunger others lacked and a keenness to prove himself. We backed him because he had faith in our property, he had confidence in our price, and felt he could justify it to buyers. He worked extremely hard, was always available, communicated well and promptly, never gilded the lily or exaggerated, but was refreshingly positive, upbeat and always cheerful. He always displayed professionalism is his dealings with us, those inspecting our home, those making offers and during negotiations. His knowledge of the market and local area was always thorough, up to date and reliable. He was flexible, accommodating and easy going. Whilst it took a little longer than expected to sell our house, but we got there in the end and Reece achieved an excellent result, never wavering in his confidence in the price guide we set or our property.
