Gayle and Mark were amazing right from our first interview when we were short listing real estate agents. Their demeanour, honesty, personality and just down to earth "tell it as it is" style was very well received. Whilst market volatility was important, Gayle and Mark covered off on this and then left us to consider what they had said. They were not negative and we did not hear over and over (as we had with other agents) how bad the return and risk was at present. They told us the facts and that was that. No pressure, no massive price reductions, just "we'll get to work for you finding you the right buyer for your place". We listened when they provided recommendations as to how to present the property and followed their recommendations down to the finer detail. The photos they arranged for the website and the spiel around our property were fantastic and gave us a great feeling that we had done all we could and our place would make another family so very happy as it had for us for so long. A contract was signed in under a week and we got the price we wanted. Mark and Gayle kept us up to date along the full process after signing the contract in terms of where the buyer was at for their own due diligence and inspections etc, and were great being the conduit between us and the buyers. We were kept informed up to and after settlement. It truly appeared that nothing was too much trouble and they were always available if anything popped in mind. We even had a short 21 day settlement (mutually agreed upon) and that did not seem to phase them at all. In a one word nutshell, Mark and Gayle were PHENOMENAL!
