Reliable agent with great communication and effective strategy

Excellent Agent highly skilled at his job.

Fio is an expert Agent. He knows the market, knows people and is a specialist in the Burwood locale. He sold my property (a hard house to sell as in poor condition / disrepair and in an uncertain market in March 2026) after a short but well marketed sales campaign. Fio used his expertise to accurately identify the eventual purchasers from the open for inspections and achieved a fantastic result, on sale, which exceeded my expectations.
