Allen is a really lovely gentleman who clearly loves what he does and genuinely wants to achieve the best outcome for his customers. He gave a very honest appraisal and was proved to be pretty much spot on with his estimate of the house's worth. He happened to be the agent when we bought the property nearly 7 years ago and remembered the property well. He knows the area very well and what sort of buyers would likely be interested in our property. He achieved a great outcome for us and we cannot recommend him highly enough to sell a property in this area.
