Before deciding on an agent to sell our parents property my sister and I reviewed most agents in the local area. After interviewing Allen Abed and considering the extremely professional and comprehensive portfolio he presented we decided to engage his services. Allen did not disappoint. Through the entire process we found Allen to be a professional, honest, hardworking and dedicated agent. Allen was approachable and happy to answer any of our questions. We were provided with regular weekly reports which were very informative. On one particular occasion there was an incident at the property, just hours before our weekly open house. I live interstate and could not attend. Allen and the team from First National Chester Hill were quickly on the scene. They attended to the situation and did everything possible to ensure that the property was ready for the open inspection. The following week Allen organised for trades people to attend to the repairs. Allen kept me informed through the whole process.
