We switch from another agency as disappointed with a poor and long campaign. Once we changed to using Le we could immediately see the difference in service levels and results , she had more people to the first open house than the previous agent all campaign. Her marketing knowledge was excellent, she also had a lot of the information in hard copy for me to read. The price l got for the land was the first price that she mentioned. She was spot on, her knowledge of the current house and price of the local area and surrounding suburbs is excellent. I also want to thank the entire team. The auction did go for a long time, and they managed to get the best price - from a buyer who has the money, wants to settle early so that he and his wife can star building their dream home.

I was thinking of selling by 'private treaty'. Allen gave very good reasons why we should sell via auction. I accepted his advice and am now very happy with the result. Also, I was about to spend at least $5,000 to $6,000 on repairs; However, following Allen's advice the preparation of the property for sale, only cost about $1,500. Before auction, I was regularly updated with the results from 'open days', and queries I put to him. Allen very quickly impressed me with his knowledge and professional conduct in all aspects of our interaction. The bottom line is the great result he achieved for me. Highly recommend.

He didn't give me the sugar -coated versions, instead he told me few possible scenarios along with his recommended solutions. He kept me up to date with the market, was always on time (which is paramount for me) and to the point. I purchased 19 Allawah ave Sefton from Le Ly. At the time of the inspection Le showed me an outdoor kitchen and emphasised on the use it would bring. At the time of settlement the outdoor kitchen was removed, I contacted Le and Le argued with me that is was never included. Le was rude, hung up on me and never bothered to contact me after the sale. What a Liar is Le, never trust this disrespectful, dishonest agent.
