Ryan guided us through the full sale process, from advising us on what we should do to the house to prepare it for sale and obtain the maximum sale price, to advising us on the setting of the sale price, to preparing a fabulous video and market campaign to display the merits of the house, to achieving a high number of prospective buyers inspecting the house, and then managing the negotiations with the buyer to achieve a sell price we were happy to accept. With a contract signed the morning after the first open home, Ryan's role was not over as he showed he was prepared to go above and beyond to ensure the sale proceeded to the unconditional stage, including liaising with Council and building certifiers to clarify details to the buyers satisfaction around the initial build approvals from 30 years ago.
