Ryan has sold two properties for me now in a very short space of time over the last Christmas period the first went in a week after been on the market for 5 months. The second sold within 4 weeks once he had restructured the previous marketing, and taken better photos, by restructuring the advertising to suit those who would actually want this property it sold straight away it had been on the market 4 months. His wealth of knowledge is unchallenged in the Redlands as he has been selling property here since he was 18 years old. After recently selling our last home in Raby Bay with Ryan McCann and moving to the city for work, it wasn't long until we missed the waterfront living lifestyle and began looking to return back and settle before our new baby was born. The closer it got to xmas the harder it became to find properties that met what we were looking for. After calling agents who had listings only to not get called back, followed up or the basic level of service any buyer would expect I called Ryan again to get his help with off market properties and properties listed with other agents. It took just 24 hours from me showing Ryan my list of properties to being shown through the ones that were open to selling before xmas, a further 24 hours to negotiate with sellers and sign an unconditional contract with 15 day settlement 4 weeks out from xmas.
