Billy Gray, job well done mate! At Munro Designed Homes, we take pride in our product and promise 200% to attention to detail and quality. It was a given that we expected the same with the sale of our first “turnkey opportunity”. Billy was our first choice. He is but professional / very accurate and detailed in his correspondence as well as being very swift with anything required for the sale. This isn’t our first dealing with Billy for a sale, as we have sold a couple of properties personally through the team at First National Cleveland. Amongst each sale, Billy was always at inspections early and ahead of time, and organised in his preparation for each open home inspection. Billy, you are always approachable with all of our questions, and no matter what the time of day you always made sure our calls didn’t go to voicemail.
