Tricia Murdoch joined our team in 2020 and brings a wealth of knowledge & experience, acquired over 15 or more years as a property manager, to the role. Tricia has worked in a variety of regions, from Sydney’s North Shore to the Great Southern Region of Western Australia. Having family that have lived locally since her childhood, Tricia is highly familiar with the local areas due to numerous regular visits. Having been a tenant & an owner of an investment property herself, Tricia understands the value in fostering amicable relationships with her Landlords and Tenants. Great emphasis is placed on regular and effective communication, together with honesty and professionalism in all her dealings.

Deb is a passionate & enthusiastic team member, with over 20 years industry experience in all aspects of property management in the greater Illawarra region. Deb is committed to always ensuring the safekeeping of your investment property, matching the right tenants with the right property is a high priority. Knowing the importance of building lasting relationships with our clientele, both owners & tenants, Deb takes care to deliver client satisfaction every time.
