Angie was very easy to work with and talk to about any item we needed. Her communication style was friendly and welcoming, and at the same time, professional. Angie was across all aspects of the property and was very interested in assisting us with responding to queries and solving potential spatial problems; all essential ingredients in securing a sale. Angie has excellent knowledge of the local market as well as what is happening in the local community, which enhanced our knowledge of the locale as well; this was important and comforting for us in looking to make the move from Sydney. Negotiations around price went very promptly and smoothly; we came to a mutually agreeable price quite quickly and I think Angie's skills in this regard assisted greatly. Overall Angie made us feel we were valuable customers for her business; similarly, she must be a valuable asset to her agency.
