About Jason

Jason was born to be a real estate agent. It is in his blood and really is just something that comes naturally to him. His career started with First National Real Estate family back in 2002 where he consistently worked his way up from starting as sales prospector which led to a long standing career in rural/residential sales in Berry and then Gerringong. In 2012, Jason proudly took the reins from Dick Payne & Mick Cook to become the new business owner of First National Gerringong, along with long standing associate Joe Dignam. In 2017, Jason welcomed aboard Terry Digger as his new business partner. Together they formed First National Coast & Country and immediately opened their second office in nearby Kiama with a focus on delivering powerful and profitable property management along with client focused sales strategies throughout the whole area as one strong team. Jason loves real estate and working with buyers and sellers alike to achieve great results. He has been the recipient of the First National Gold Sales Award consistently for the past 5 years and has achieved many other prestigious awards throughout his 17 years in real estate. Jason has also spent considerable time working closely with developers on larger commercial and residential projects throughout the area and also has been involved in many rural and lifestyle property sales from Jamberoo though to Berry. Having a highly skilled negotiator is the key to a successful result. Whilst providing top quality service, communication and offering a wealth of experience in the local market, Jason saw the opportunity to put like minded people in the business offering clients professional and friendly service from anyone they deal with in the office. “It is a people business and we all need great people around us, we are very lucky to have such great staff.” The majority of Jason's business is from satisfied past clients and referrals from people that have dealt with him previously. Exceptional Service That Helped Us Find Our Perfect Home in Gerringong

My partner and I found the property on realestate.com.au and from our first interaction with Nana found her to be very willing to assist us by getting a private viewing only days after it went on the market and timely in getting back to us with answers to any queries we had. This enabled us to have a deposit paid before the next open house, contracts exchanged and finally finding the right property for us in Gerringong.

Very professional with all aspects of the sale

Angie was very easy to work with and talk to about any item we needed. Her communication style was friendly and welcoming, and at the same time, professional. Angie was across all aspects of the property and was very interested in assisting us with responding to queries and solving potential spatial problems; all essential ingredients in securing a sale. Angie has excellent knowledge of the local market as well as what is happening in the local community, which enhanced our knowledge of the locale as well; this was important and comforting for us in looking to make the move from Sydney. Negotiations around price went very promptly and smoothly; we came to a mutually agreeable price quite quickly and I think Angie's skills in this regard assisted greatly. Overall Angie made us feel we were valuable customers for her business; similarly, she must be a valuable asset to her agency.
