Sale of 'Thoura' in Rose Valley, Gerringong

Jason Stalgis has just negotiated the sale of our property in Rose Valley, Gerringong for a surprisingly high price. His marketing program was superb (our neighbours were very impressed). Inspections were conducted by ‘appointment only’ due to the risk of Covid, while we were still living in the house. Jason made the whole process very easy for us (we are both in our 80s). We just popped out for a coffee while the people were in our home, and he kept us constantly informed of progress. At all times he put our needs first. Jason is an accomplished professional, and in the final stages of negotiations he conducted his own mini auction on his telephone which was very successful.
