From the first visit we had from David, offering us the chance of an evaluation on our home in Watanobbi Road, we felt very impressed by his appearance and interest in our personal needs to sell our family home. These feelings stayed with us and even though some family member felt we needed another quote, early July we asked him back to actually arrange the sale of our property. The photos were taken on the 19th July and advertising began on 20 th. He kept us up to date following each Open House that he conducted and then on the 30 th July he advised us of an offer he had had made. We were given time to think about it, and accepted this. On the 16 th August the SOLD signs were posted on the for sale signs. We were thrilled with David's efforts on our behalf.

David has an excellent understanding of the market. Our house was unusual for the area making comparisons difficult yet he knew our target market and what they were after and what they would pay. He gave us a wide range of advice from home presentation to handling offers. My advice If he makes a suggestion - do it, he know what buyers are looking for. David is an excellent communicator. We were made aware of every thing that was happening with our home sale, both good and bad. More importantly David is also an excellent communicator with buyers. Having been in the real estate industry for over a decade, I had very high expectations when it came to selecting an agent. Seeing as this was out of my area, I spoke with a number of local agents about the home and from the beginning Adrian impressed me with his knowledge, honesty and professional yet down to earth approach. He assisted us greatly in getting the home ready by arranging works to be done at short notice and even tidying up before the open house. The home was vacant and near by the office so Adrian was regularly checking on it and providing me with updates which was great seeing as we did not live locally. We had not one but two sales fall through due to unforeseen circumstances and each time Adrian took great initiative to get the home back under contact, the first time within a few days and the second time within 24 hours. The end result was a level we are extremely happy with and we are grateful to have had Adrian handing the sale. Although we were purchasing a property and David acted on behalf of the Vendor, we found David to be extremely helpful, honest and flexible. David assisted us greatly in negotiations and throughout the entire purchasing process. Nothing was too big or to small.
