Couldn't be happier! First National nurtures a fantastic team of Property Managers which helped put me at ease between tenants. Not only did my PM negotiate the lease to get me the best outcome for me ( in todays market) she most importantly, kept in contact which meant I was in the loop at every step. With good outcomes or even some rocky news didn't matter... she made me apart of the process. This means alot when the property is important to me.

I am a tenant, not an owner. It’s still early days into my tenancy, although my property manager seems lovely and has been efficient; I have rented through quite a few different agencies- good and bad past experiences and this is one that has had a good start. In saying that, there seems to be quite a few discrepancies with the condition report. The ingoing states things such as freshly planted trees (3) where there is only 1 that seems to be so dry it’s on its way out. And also walls throughout the house that are in excellent condition- no marks etc, although, they have old 3M hooks stuck on them and are covered in marks, scuffs and dirty hand marks. Not sure what’s happened there however it’s no major issue, just a tad strange. Aside from that, nothing negative to say and I’m quite happy with the service I’ve received from my property manager.

The property management team do a great job in looking after this rental property and another one I also entrust to them. Nicole Cooper who is my current property manager has been doing a great job on my behalf. She is always on the ball and constantly keeps me advised on any developments arising at my rental properties. Could not ask for better.
