The experiences we have had with previous real estate agents left us mentally drained and disheartened by the processes of leasing a property.......until we met Martina. After looking for weeks for a place to rent for my family and I, I started to lose faith in the process. Even though we own a home, most real estate agents treat you like you are at their mercy. We viewed many homes, applied for a few only to never hear back, even though the agents said they would let you know either way. Shannon was awesome from the start and actually took the time to understand what we were looking for. Every time she said she would call us back she did. Simple. When we looked at places that didn’t suit, Shannon took the time to listen to what we liked and didn’t like or what did or did not suit. In the end Shannon found us a place that we were lucky enough to land, and has been just the best the whole way through the process. An agent that cares about “renters” ...wow..
