In Depth Knowledge

Steven demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of the area we purchased our house in. He was very meticulous explaining the pros & cons to our property along with the risks of natural disasters that could occur in the area. Going above and beyond he provided us a reasonable quote for home and content insurance prior to settlement. He was genuine throughout the negotiation & settlement period , checking in with me regularly and showing transparency with his communication he was very professional
