From our first meeting, Bart showed his professionalism with information he had already prepared. It was clear that he knew the market and would work to provide the best possible outcome for us. He kept us informed of everything that he was doing and the interest that was shown by potential buyers. Once an offer had been made (which was not long after the property was placed on the market), Bart made sure that we obtained the best possible outcome. This included talking with the banks over the property valuation they provided - which I would think was more than you could have expected from him. Settlement is due shortly, and Bart has maintained contact in this time to ensure the finalisation of the sale. We have felt throughout this time that we could totally trust Bart to look after our interests and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs his services.
