A breath of fresh air.

Well, I guess if you are reading this you are looking to sell your house, and doing some homework on which agent to use because we all know it’s a jungle out there, and bloody hard to sift through all the crap. This is an extremely important decision and the right agent will be an absolute breath of fresh air, while the wrong agent can be a disaster causing all sorts of grief, anxiety and frustration. I tend to be very critical when it comes to choosing someone to look after my real estate affairs, and gone are the days of using your mate’s sister’s cousin or the agent that guarantees the highest result just to get the listing. We are smarter than that these days. All we want is someone who takes pride in their efforts, is honest in their valuation due to knowing the market and believing what is achievable, actually sticks to their word when it comes to keeping us in the loop, and genuinely cares about looking after the customer with integrity and drive for a great outcome. I have dealt with a few agents in my time and have finally found that elusive breath of fresh air, a young man by the name of Yuri Cattaneo; what a cracker, proved himself with ease, what an absolute pleasure to work with, achieved a great result while ticking all the boxes.
