Jim was polite and courteous. When we first met him he was thorough in his introduction to the property. He was keen and driven to get the highest price for the vendor. Jim was very patient and did not push us. He gave us a lot of time to research the area as it was new to us. He guided us to comparable properties that were sold in the vicinity.
