I bought from Jim and sold through Jim and every single time it has been an absolute stress free pleasure. He has stuck to his word each time and is as good as a handshake deal(if it wasn't for all the paperwork needed these days). One sale point was something we had joked about 15 years previously and he honored his word and great memory. His local market knowledge is exceptional and in the real world. When he say's trust me. You better believe it. Last of a dying breed! We sold from a remote location, and relied on Jim to action everything needed to prepare the property for sale.
