Trevor was great to deal with. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done prior to sale. I am out of the area and he was able to arrange things to be done on my behalf. I had a price range in mind, Trevor suggested a higher start point and was confident he would get a better result. The price I sold for was well in excess of what I would have accepted. A quick sale, with only 1 open house required and multiple offers to consider. I would happily recommend Trevor Ive to any prospective sellers
