Sasha at Homeway First is fantastic and I can not thank her enough. My previous property manager just offered me to renew the lease without any market valuation. the "do not care " attitude pissed me off so i decided to find a new property management company. And thank God I found Sasha. she was totally different, very quick to take action and everything was under her control without any hassle to me. the apartment was rented out on the first inspection with a 25% increase of the current lease! wish I transferred my property to Sasha earlier! thanks Sasha.
