We bought our house from Deborah 20 years ago and she did such a great job with us as buyers, we felt comfortable using her as a seller and she did not disappoint. Deborah worked closely with us to prepare the house for sale (including some gently prodding) and perhaps most importantly, was able to bring through a list of pre-qualified buyers ready to go. The house was on the market for only a week with 5 offers coming through, 2 of them at the high end of the price range.
