We had a successful sale at a very good price, and without all the “braggadocio” that goes with many lesser real estate agents in Sydney. Kim has great team around her at McGrath, and her vast experience and passion are genuine and evident which IMHO is what makes the difference. She is “on the job” all the way through the process and has her head around the plethora of details. Knowing a little bit about real estate made me potentially the client from hell. But Kim took it all in her stride and I very quickly gained confidence to take the advice of Kim and her team and that worked out really well. As I was a co-executor of the Estate of my long-standing friend who had passed away, words cannot express adequately our appreciation for having had Kim Toyer-Uttley as our Estate Agent to sell the property. Her warmth, openness, always being willing to help with jobs to be done at the Villa, even though she was our estate agent, she became like family. Kim would even be at the Villa at 7 am to meet with workmen to save us coming there at that time and Kim would answer any questions we had, however trivial, and her advice to us regarding the upgrading of our friend' villa was way above and beyond our expectations. We could not thank Kim and her team enough for their professional, supportive, understanding and courteous assistance to us at all times. Kim and her team were outstanding in all that they did, from the beautiful brochure they prepared, the incredible change of the villa with the wonderful team of workmen she made available to us, to the web link they prepared which concluded with the sale of our dear friend's villa.
