Having the task of selling our parents home, the first home I’ve ever had to sell I was lucky to meet Vera whilst working in the area. Kim was referred to me by a friend. It’s such a big decision choosing an agent to sell your home. I certainly struggled with this decision but Kim was definitely the right agent for me and I was very happy with my decision. Selling is such an anxious time. Kim is very supportive and compassionate but can also be very firm when needed. I found Kim to be extremely professional from our first meeting, and of course this high standard continued throughout the entire process. At the initial inspection of my home, right through to getting the home ready for sale, Kim was extremely thorough, paid great attention to detail and was willing to spend as much time as necessary to go through everything. Kim recommend a great gardener who did a fantastic job on my hedges and an equally great styling company, which despite my initial doubts, certainly didn’t disappoint. (However, I would not recommend McGrath’s cleaners). I was very impressed with the communication during the selling process and the time and effort Kim put in to address any concerns and to explain the auction process. Kim certainly delivered with a great result achieved on the day. I feel Kim goes above and beyond to get the best possible result for the client and is prepared to put in the time. I am quite particular and fussy and worry about everything and no doubt Kim had her work cut out for her when she was engaged to sell my home, but I have no hesitation in recommending Kim to anyone thinking of selling.
