Janmaree and I would like to thank you and your wonderful on the way you all came together to achieve such an incredible result on the sale of our investment property. We chose your office as it has handled the rental side of things since I purchased it in August 2005 & whilst I feel your rental department is the best business my family has ever dealt with (evident by your year awards), I really did need to be sure that your sales department matched that same standard. With great confidence I can say it does, and then some. Your team is incredibly supportive and without any doubt at the forefront of the sales industry. Robert you were true to your word from the first day we met with you to map out your sales approach in this current market. As a result we had multiple offers which led to a bidding war only two weeks into the campaign and achieved a better than expected result. We would like to thank Robert Bagala of First National for handling the recent sale of our home and would not hesitate to recommend him to any potential vendor. We chose Robert to sell our property as we thought he appreciated the work we had put into our renovation and respected the price we were hoping to attain. We saw Robert as someone we could trust and also who took the time to listen to us. Robert worked tirelessly liaising with potential buyers, conducting open houses both mid-week and on Saturdays, during our four week campaign. He surprised us with his willingness to chat after hours. We greatly appreciated his professionalism, honesty and local knowledge. Robert and the First National Team, Gladesville took the time to review our North Ryde home, and design a campaign around the property strengths. That campaign resulted in attracting interested parties with sale terms agreed to, prior to auction. I met Kim during multiple home openings mid 2019. Kim was very friendly, always smiling with a great positive attitude. She knew the market demand and trend; she clearly understood what I was looking for and kept me informed if there was anything that could have been of an interest. Kim respected the fact that I needed my own space during the auction and she genuinely was happy for me to acquire the property. She walked me through the next steps, offered me a bottle of Champagne and allowed me to meet the owner, and was professional. During the settlement period she helped liaising with the owners, trying to find a compromise in regards to repairs that were required by the bank. She really did her best, going beyond her role as a real estate agent - when lots of REA would not have bothered. Later on she came to the property to check out the renovation, customer service beyond the sale! In short thank you so much Kim for making this process as easy and pleasant as possible.
