Nothing was ever too much trouble, if we needed a tradesman, gardener, handyman whatever she had a network and could provide a list of reputable people to assist us. In a trying time in the market for vendors she came up with two contracts and worked extremely late on a Saturday night to close the sale. I have used Kim on multiple occasions to buy/sell, and from the beginning ,i realised she is no ordinary agent .Firstly her market knowledge in my area is second to none ,she truly is a expert ,with so much past experience . I found Kim to be a agent that actually cares about her clients , she is so warm and friendly and genuinely cares about people ,not just getting a sale . Her negotiation skills are excellent as she knows the market inside out , and always leads you in the right direction giving a number of different scenario's on what could happen . I felt that the sale of my last property was always in control ,even in a difficult market ,Kim found a number of buyers and was able to negotiable a fair price in the current market when i was on a strict timeline to sell as i had already brought another property. In addition she has a strong team working for her to enhance the selling experience .
