Tracie Read-Withers commenced her Real Estate career over 20 years ago, after working in the law industry. Starting with a family run Real Estate company in Brisbane as Office Manager, Tracie showed a love for the industry and whilst at this company performed many duties such as Client Care Manager, HR Manager, PA to the Director, and Precinct Manager assisting the owners in building one of the largest family run companies on the North Side of Brisbane. Tracie then moved to a smaller company where she ran the Property Management Department very successfully for many years. Building the business and ensuring smooth daily transactions and profitability for her landlords, during this time Tracie’s knowledge of property management and the residential tenancies act became an imperative part of her daily activity. Making a move to the beautiful Sunshine Coast prompted Tracie to look for a new position, her role of Senior Property Manager overseeing the rental department at First National Lifestyle ensures that the department continues the high level of service and quality communication to both Landlords and Tenants. Spending over 20 years in retail pharmacy, Broek Whitfield felt it was time for a change of scenery. Whilst buying and selling Real Estate personally, she had never imagined a position within the Real Estate industry. Given the opportunity for a complete change, nervous yet excited Broek completed her Real Estate Certificate and hasn’t looked back since. Broek is relishing being part of our wonderful team and making the most of all the new challenges; comfortably maintaining the day to day administration role, assisting the sales team with processing new listings and contracts, whilst also learning the ropes of Property Management. She is also enjoying meeting all the new faces within the industry. When Broek isn’t at work you will find her spending time with her partner and each of their children, camping, exercising and making the most of the delightful Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
