We have purchased from interstate in a time where it wasn't possible for us to view the property. Gavin worked with our advocate and also took videos to show us the property. When we spoke to Gavin he was honest about the house, what we could get on the rental market and pointed out how well the current tenants are looking after the property. He even went to the property to check the answers to our questions. We haven't physically seen the property yet but Gavin has been an ease to work with so we're giving him 5 stars!
