From my first phone call to Gavin to see if I could arrange an inspection I could tell that he is a genuinely nice guy. He arranged the inspection on the same day and everything to do with my purchase has been very pleasant and a smooth process. I particularly liked that there wasn't any pressure. Gavin impressed me with his knowledge of the real estate market, and in particular the Sippy Downs area where my new house is.
