I am a single Mum from Victoria and am trying to establish an investment for myself and daughter. Due to Covid-19 epidemic, I couldn't attend an inspection. The day before settlement was the Labour Day holiday. There were 4 items that, following the building inspection, the vendor agreed to fix. Gavin made the effort to attend the property, take photos and video record the works, which he then forwarded to me on the same day. I was very touched by his professionalism, especially working on the public holiday, and comforted in the knowledge that the vendor did a great job with the required works. Post settlement Gavin and his property management team have continued to provide excellent service. I did not think I would ever have purchased a property without looking at it myself. Gavin made this possible. He is very deserving of the highest recommendation; very honest, supportive and trustworthy.
