Genuine. Honest.
Mason was great throughout the process. Got a good price for the property despite the downturn in the housing market. Grateful for his honesty and communication. Happy to recommend him to anyone wanting to sell.

Very Satisfied
I understand that Agents are hired by Vendors, but its refreshing when an agent has a duty of care to the purchaser. Our experience gave us confidence with our purchase. Gavin answered every question asked (we asked a lot). Gavin was very responsive so we didn't need to wait or wonder if we would receive a response. Gavin's knowledge of the area was evident. We found it easy to deal with Gavin, making appointments was easy, paperwork requested was provided immediately, inspections werent rushed. I look forward to an easy settlement/handover of the home. In the future we will not hesitate at all to engage Gavin with any of our sales, he will be our first call.

Great Communicator
I found Mason to be extremely professional in his approach to selling my house. Mason constantly updated me on every even that occurred surround the sale of my home, and additionally, I had put Mason in a unique situation as i had to leave relatively quickly for my move to the States. Leaving Mason in a position to look after things for me at the house. Which he did with no hesitation. I would use Mason again should the circumstances ever arise again.

Real Estate Agent who cares!!!!
I was very apprehensive about choosing a real estate agent to sell my home. I was working in my yard when I saw Mason selling the house across the road l, so thought I would approach him. From the moment I first spoke to Mason, he genuinely seemed to take an interest in me and my future. Over the course of selling my house, Mason went above and beyond and responded asap to any queries or issues I had. He was very professional and committed to getting the best result for me. I really couldn't have been more happy that I chose Mason as my agent. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Mason to sell your home.

Mason was very helpful and made the buying experience easy ,and without any hassles .he is a delightful young man .and I would certainly recommend him to any one wishing to purchase through First National . Special mention to Ebony ,lovely to see a puppy in the Office just great company and to be greeted by her was lovely .

Superior Agent
We have known Mason for a number of years through property management, we recently commissioned him to sell an investment unit for us in Duporth Ave and he did an amazing job. He kept us informed every step of the way and provided feedback after each open home and serious enquiry. When it came to the sale, he went above and beyond for both us as the seller and to accommodate the buyer, all parties are extremely happy with the outcome. If you are looking for a real estate agent who is there for you, then Mason is the one.
Mason presented as professional from the very first phone call. Mason was obliging with arranging inspections and was very knowledgeable about the property and area. Mason kept in contact throughout the settlement period and after to ensure everything was ok. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would. Thank you Mason for your professionalism, help and support !!
