Tony was great to work with and was always available or responded to any matters promptly. Some agents make promises and go missing so Toni was a very pleasant surprise. Sadly, the buyers ended up being very difficult and unreasonable. Toni had to deal with some very bad behavior, but worked hard to mediate the dispute.
