George sold at auction our West End property
We had tried to sell our West End property with other agents without any success. A friend of ours referred us to George and he came up with a strategy to sell our property at auction and within a short period of time we sold our property at auction at a price that was over our reserve price! I highly George and if you have a property for sale than he is your man!

Very Positive - achieved our goal, during the COVID-19 lockdown period.
George is an experienced senior Sales Agent and was most professional in his delivery and how he managed our expectations. It did take a little longer to sell, (fewer buyers), but it was during the middle of the COVID19 timeframe. He delivered what we expected. Thank you George.

Stress managed sales process
George managed to achieve a sale in a market where buyers were scarse . The coordinated approach from staging to open houses was aimed at keeping our stress levels low. This was much appreciated. He did not promise any fixed sale price but that he would do his best in the economic climate we were in. As it turns out it was the best time for us to sell pre covid. So a tough market of uncertainty, no promises and delivering a price we were prepared to accept. Now onto our next purchase. Thanks George.
