First Class Experience
Peter Watson & Tracy de Riter delivered on all of their undertakings, they provided an outcome that we are very satisfied with. They were highly professional, provided open and honest advice and direction. We have sold many properties over the last 20 years and I feel this experience was up with the best of them if not the best. They had a very sound understanding of the changing market. My wife and I wanted to deal with someone we could trust, for us it's more about the how, not just the result, we could not have been more impressed.

Above and beyond expectations
Tara was a pleasure to deal with as the selling agent of our home. She always went out of her way to support us as well as I’m sure, her vendor. She also continued to assist even after we moved in by arranging garage remotes that couldn’t be located, free of charge! An honest agent and lovely to deal with.

Peter is not your typical agent.
Peter is a true gentleman of complete integrity and professionalism. I was impressed by his broad range of contacts and vast knowledge of housing, regarding all things (including but not limited to), building, developing, accounting and general maintenance. Added to Peter’s many years of experience, I had complete confidence in his abilities to sell my house for the best price possible. Together with the lovely Tara, they made a great team. Both are very approachable, always available, with immense patience, who listened to me and took the time to get to know my goals and what I wanted to achieve. They respected my ideas and opinions and were determined to get the best price for me and did not allow me to undersell my house. I always felt in control of selling my property which gave me utter faith and trust in my agents and ultimately achieving a great price for my home. Highly recommend!!
