From the moment I contacted Sachin he was a professional agent who was able to show me through my new home before the open for inspection date and upon meeting him in person found him to be respectful and gave me the space to wander through the new home at my pace. Questions I asked about the property were answered openly with the knowledge he had of 20 Lindeman Street. Sachin was with me every step of the way through the process of securing the property and after I moved in was able to help with further questions. I found that he always returned my calls, followed up with previous owners on a couple of issues I had with honesty. I would certainly recommend Sachin to family and friends for his professionalism, communication, knowledge and above all his respect to his client.

Fantastic helpful Agent
We have known Sachin for more then 15 years. In this time we found him being extremely helpful in our journey as a landlord when we had some mayor hick up's with a tenant which destroyed our Rental Property. It all started with a telephone call to Sachin, and Voila! the house was sold in no time. We are novice when it comes to selling our house, we needed someone to simplify the process and provide us with assurance, Sachin is an incredibly proficient agent, professional and has excellent communication with the clients and his team. We felt at ease during the entire sale process. Sachin organised the media (Photo shooting), floorplan drawing all in one day and wasted no time to publish the advertisement, which is vital especially when you are trying to sell quickly. Inspections were conducted so professionally, we were informed of the times a lot earlier, and Sachin was always on time.
