Restored our faith!!
George and his team of agents, particularly Andrew and Renee, were wonderful to work with. Getting our house on the market was a breeze and we were kept abreast of developments regarding our house sale the whole time. Our home was listed with another agent for four months, which was a very stressful and emotional time. Within 10 days of signing on with George, our house was sold. Professional, knowledgeable, understanding
George and in fact the whole team at First Nation Newcastle provided the best experience I have had in selling a property. Their professionalism and knowledge of the current market was exceptional, their ability to listen to my thoughts, ideas and concerns and respond in a positive and co-operative way was something that greatly impressed me. I could not fault their communication skills. I was contacted every time they had an inspection (even though the unit was vacant) and they quickly kept me up to date after each time. The three open houses they conducted were like a well organised 'battle' plan. Access to the property isn't easy but several agents were 'on deck' to facilitate access and direct prospective buyers, as well as having another two agents within the apartment to answer questions and discuss the details of the property. Nothing was half hearted or left to chance. Their enthusiasm and belief in the property was also refreshing and appreciated: both of which translated into total commitment to achieve the best possible price and a stress free and straight forward experience for me. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation to George, Roger and Lilliana for everything they have done over the last month and for making this sale and experience 'easy'.

I could not recomment Roger highly enough.
Roger has been wonderful in the process of selling our property. Roger has communicated to me all through this process. When ever we had inspections he would always report back with feed back either on the day or the next day. Always immaculately presented and professional. I would recommend Roger to sell your property without hesitation.

Wonderful agent
George was encouraging after completing the work he recommended for sale. The wonderful thing about George was 3 years ago we approached him to sell our house and he recommended to hold onto house there was plenty of houses on the market and the price we wanted was not achievable. This time his advice was a good time to sell and he was professional, informative, and seemed as happy as us when he sold. He has and always would be an agent I would recommend and I was recommended by some friends in the first place years ago.

Absolutely fantastic !!
We would like to commend George and his team on an amazing outcome. We could not be happier with the speedy and professional manner in which George was able to sell our property which other agents had been unable to do for us over the last few years. George told us that his average listing to sale was 21 days and we were skeptical due to our previous experience.
