We engaged the services Debbi Matthews when we bought our first investment property years many ago and she has provided excellent service to us and when took a second unit we no hesitation in asking to look after that property. Julie Caldwell is our current property manager as Debbi is now more in a manager/administration role but Julie also provide the same level of service that Debbi provided. Well done to both of you. Evelyn is the best property agent I have ever dealt with,ever. I live in Melbourne so we cannot just turn up to the property when we want to. Evelyn is so proactive that it is easy to feel at ease knowing she is there for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
