Sandy sold my father’s home by auction

My experience with Sandy in the sale of 1 Wainwright Street was a very positive one .
I have no previous experience in selling property.Sandy filled in the gaps in my knowledge by providing me with a picture of where my house fitted into expectations of prospective buyers in that area. I was prepared for what value the house could have if I spent money on it or left it as it was. Sandy kept in constant touch with me advising me of the results of open days,where to look to compare results of other sales and offering ongoing support. On auction day Sandy and the team handled the process very professionally.
