it was convenient dealing with percy initially but after I signed the offer. it was really hard to contact and I believe that it was not that professional, when the contract was accepted and when settlement done, there was no contact from percy. and it was hard to get in touch. so in all after service was really I am not happy about but initially before selling it was great. that is the main reason I don't want the property to managed my first national.
