On deciding to sell our block of land, south west of Melbourne, we researched similar sized blocks in the area for sale on realestate.com.au. We sent email enquiries to 4 agencies requesting a valuation for our block. Only 2 of the 4 contacted us and Bobby was the first and most enthusiastic. Bobby provided us with a valuations based on recent sale figures and advised how he would be able to market our property through the First National website to local and overseas buyers as well as realestate.com.au. His marketing and commission costs were reasonable and we felt confident entrusting the sale to Bobby. Bobby gave us weekly updates of online hits and any interested parties and offers. We had a signed contract of sale within 6 weeks and settlement went through 6 weeks later achieving an excellent result. We were very impressed with Bobby’s professionalism, dedication and enthusiasm throughout the process and would have no hesitation recommending him to our family and friends.

His approach to the sale of my property has been very good. he worked on an actin plan to target te sale as soon as possible for the price of my liking. He did good job making the property appealing and presentable, worked on a specific buyer group. Worked in a targeted fashn until one/two buyers got into the final negotiations. The property was sold at the best price in the market. He has been realistic, pragmatic. He also managed our property for a while before selling and it has been well manage.
