Quick Sale that sold before going on the market

Nathan was fabulous, no pushy salestalk, and very helpful with advising on little things that make such a big difference. His comunication was impecable. He responded very quickly if I had to leave a message, he kept me up to date with prospective buyers and negotiated a price higher than I had expected.
