A Pleasure to Deal With

Exceeded my expectations
What can I say i picked a winner when I picked Di to represent me with the sale of my house. I had met with 4 different agents prior to meeting with Di and mitch and here's afew reasons why I chose them to go into battle for me. It was the way she carried herself you could tell she still loves selling houses her professionalism and drive was pretty apparent after our meeting. And i knew thats the sort of tenacity I wanted on my team. But above all that it was her straight forward open and honest opinion no bullshit approach that made me trust her. Going by assistance already received I rate Di's experience as a 4.5.
Although not yet at the settlement stage, Di has been very helpful with all aspects of our purchase so far. During many phone calls to ask Di, questions... from first contact, through to questions on pest and building reports to contract negotiations, her phone never went to "message" - answering all questions. Di has delivered on all points as our agent and continues to keep contact, advising us of any updates after the purchase.
