Jason Partridge of Patterson Real Estate was recommended to me by a friend. I found him very easy to work with. Jason listened to what I wanted and followed my instructions exactly. This was refreshing as I usually find Real Estate Agents pushy. My property sold after only two open houses. Jason negotiated with the buyer to get me a higher price than I expected. At all times, Jason kept me up to date with progress reports. Patterson Real Estate also found me an excellent tenant for my property. Jason was exceptional in all areas of dealing with this property. I bought this property Through jason in 2010 and found him to be honest, reliable and thoroughly professional....100% When he moved agencies i had no hesitation in contacting him to sell my property in 2013. At that time i was an overseas seller and Jason handle everything with a minimum of fuss and delay with every problem that i could not being based in the USA. I would absolutely recommend Jason to any buyer or seller.....his advice was spot on and he was always willing to go above and beyond for me in the purchase and subsequent sale of my property. We are new to the area and once having seen the property we made the purchase from Sydney. Jason always responded to queries promptly, went out of his way to help us sort out tradesmen, chase up the owner and tenants for outstanding matters and generally make us feel that we had made the right move. He really did give that extra service in terms of his time and attitude and no request for help or advice (and there were plenty of them) was a drama. We have no hesitation in highly recommending Jason.
