Rebecca and her staff were professional in their dealings with me, for example, times for inspection, feedback from people going through my house, promotion of the house, and offers. They kept me fully informed throughout the process which actually only lasted for about four days before an offer was accepted. Any questions were answered quickly and with understanding. This is the fifth time I have worked with Rebecca, three sales and two purchases and I would not have chosen any other real estate agent to sell my homes. In this instance it was a sell and buy, both with Rebecca and her team, and they have coordinated every part of the process effectively. I thank them all for their care and professionalism.

We were looking to buy for over 18 months, so we had many interactions with First National over that time. Lucy and team were always very lovely and professional to deal with. Lucy in particular spent a lot of time working with us and worked very hard to try to understand what we were looking for. She was always available to answer questions and was very responsive. We were also initially reluctant to buy at auction, but again, Lucy helped guide as through the process and made it as stress free as possible. In the end, we were succesful in securing a property that is just right for us and we can't wait to call home. Highly recommend working with Lucy and the team.

She really knows the Anna Bay sales market inside out and has great local knowledge. Tracy brought so much enthusiasm and energy to the table. We cannot fault Meg and her team as they sold the property in a particularly difficult market. Meg had everything against her due to government intervention in the market combined with rising interest rates and a falling market. She did everything she promised to do and more, keeping us fully informed through the whole process. Would never consider using another agent
