We would highly recommend choosing Marcus and his personal assistant (Julie) when selling your home. We were kept well informed with the progress of our marketing campaign, open homes, private inspections and the sale negotiations. If Marcus was away we were kept informed by Julie and vice versa. I like to call them the Dynamic Duo. Excellent customer service for sure.

We first met Mark nearly 12 months ago before we had sold our previous home in the western suburbs of Melbourne. We were looking for a rural property in the triangle of Ballan, Gordon and Mount Egerton, preferably with a little acreage. We met Mark at an open inspection for a 10 acre property in Mount Egerton. Initially we found him to be friendly enough but quiet. We had a 2nd look at the property but as we were yet to sell our own, we needed to sell first to know if we had sufficient deposit to purchase - sadly it sold around 3 weeks before our own house went on the market. We met Mark at various other open inspections and over time found him opening up. Most importantly, he was attentive, and a good listener who used those skills to occasionally ring us when he thought something suitable had become available - something none of the other agents we had multiple dealings with had done. Mark was a little surprised when we rang asking to look at the Bank Street property as it was not the acreage we wanted, but gee what a gorgeous house. We were pretty sure before we walked in that we'd make do with the 1/2 acre!! The negotiation stage was easy enough with Mark keeping in touch throughout. Then he set up a follow up inspection so that we could surprise our daughter and show her our new home. The offer has been made that he will work in with us throughout the 120 settlement if we wish to call in to take measurements, etc. As we have come to know him over the last year, Mark is a lovely warm person, and we found him to be very credible, never leading us on in any way for the sake of getting a sale. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to move into this area - take the time to get to know the man and like us, you'll be happy to meet him in the main street for a yak and maybe even a coffee and pie at the local bakery!!
