During the lengthy process of buying our home there were times we wondered whether we'd ever get there but Tracy was always so very helpful at every stage; from a long negotiation phase with the vendor, to facilitating the contract stage, the hundred big, small and seemingly immovable issues that arose during pre-settlement... all the way to moving day into a our new home. Tracy was always straight on the phone or email, keeping us posted on every aspect, including many that really weren't her problem... but she made it her business to make sure we were always informed, always abreast of every issue and always doing her utmost to get things done (even on her days off!) Tracy was fabulous in communicating with not only us but all parties involved and was extremely diligent in every aspect of our purchase. Tracy is a fantastic agent and really had getting the best price we could for our home as her first priority.
